Class & PMI-SP Exam Requirements
(1) This class is for Professionals with a minimum of a 4 year college degree or global equivalent, and provides 30 hours of exam training. To take the Exam you also need at least 3,500 hours spent in the specialized area of professional project scheduling within the last 5 consecutive years. If you don't have a 4 year degree you need a total of 40 hours of exam training in order to qualify to take the PMI-SP Exam. If you have 10 hours of other similar training, then you can take this class. Total Scheduling Education needed are 30 hours.

(2) Participants who have a secondary (high school) diploma and have 10 hours of scheduling education from elsewhere who take this training or plan to take 10 hours later, will also need 5,000 hours spent in the specialized areas of professional project scheduling within the last 5 consecutive years in order to receive exam acceptance. Total Scheduling Education needed are 40 hours.

(3) If you have a project management background, and you want to take this class in order to learn and you're concerned about taking the PMI-SP exam, you may take this class.
