Our PMI® Training encompasses all kinds of projects - whether Business Analysis, traditional project management or Agile projects - all these projects need to be aligned to the organizational strategies and goals in order for the organization and its stakeholders to realize business benefits. In today's world, if you are an IT Project management you will likely want to have PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PgMP® and PMI-PBA® certifications so you have the skills sets to be more flexible within your project roles. Enterprise Data Management Professionals make use of social media, legacy systems and organizational databases in order to provide needed Big Data Business Intelligence Decision Making.
About PMP® Certification Definitely the most popular is the PMP Certification Training with Exam Prep because it influences all the other training. If you have worked in business for more than 5 years or even 3 or 4 years and you have a four year college education or equivalent or you have worked 5 to 8 years and have a high school diploma, send your resume to neredahaque@smartpathllc.com and she will review your experience to see what project management certification might be right for you. You don't need a title of a project manager in order to qualify. You need more hours to qualify for the PgMP Certification.

(2) The PMI-PBA Certification - Professional in Business Analysis is all about Needs Assessment and Requirements Management and related business analysis. Read more about it. This class is a Business Analysis class. BAs do projects too! This class is 35 hours.
(3) Agile: The PMI-ACP Certification Training and Prep is very popular in the IT industry. However, it is usually advisable to get PMP Certified first, followed by PMI-ACP Certified. You will learn scrum methodology plus 6 other methodologies and will indeed become a scrum master, (a PMI-ACP Certified Practitioner) upon passing. In this class you will learn the how-to and receive workflows to help you manage your agile projects. Get PMI-ACP Training. This class is 18 hours onsite plus 3 hours of online quiz practice that you need to finish for your certificate.
It is probably safe to say that there's not many development projects that aren't agile now. The advantage of Agile is to have working software in every 1 to 8 weeks, for example, depending on the methodology used.

(5) CAPM Certification: The CAPM Certification is a good leg-in for professionals who have not worked on any kind of projects for a long time but want to start working as a project manager again or for someone that has at least 1500 hours of project management exposure. While a minimum of high school education plus project management training is the minimum for CAPM Certification, at SmartPath LLC we combine the CAPM trainee with the PMP Class for the first 3 days. The CAPM Exam is almost as tough as the PMP Exam so one still needs to be well prepared, and to have an in-depth understand. Many people who think they are only qualified for the CAPM Certification are surprised that in fact they are qualified for the PMP Certification. That is because there are a lot of projects within business that they are not aware of.

(5) Program Management Professional Certification (PgMP)R Training. This class is offered several times a year, once in DC, WA, and MI onsite or you can take it via Live Video Conference at any of these times.
(6) Schedule Certification for Professionals: It's called PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)®. We have posted a training August 27 to 30 so join this class if you want one. We're not anticipating offering it often, unless we have an organizational request.
Training Methods & Locations: Many of our training classes are offered both in the classroom or 100% live online. We don't use videos for our training. All of our training is fully lead by an expert instructor. Due to the inexperience of CAPM trainees, we do not offer that class via Live Video Conference for the original training; however, the trainee may resit the class via Live Video Conference if they are within their six months resitting window.
