Here’s your simple checklist to stay compliant for a 3rd exam payment.
(1) Finish first exam within 30 days
(2) Finish all quiz practice before the first exam
(3) If you have to take the second exam, purchase a quiz extension / resubscription, and finish all quiz practice before your second exam
(4) We must be able to pay for your third exam within your 12 months of exam approval. You track your exam approval time, because we don't.

a. You must complete all 2 to 3 days of training, and all Online Quizzes before taking the Exam. 2 days of training of 9 hours per day plus the 3 hours of interactive quiz practice online add up to 21 hours.
b. You must take your first exam within 30 days of training and your last exam within 12 months after the last day of your original training. Taking your exam within 30 days will also extend resitting for up to 12 months giving you one resit before each of two exams should you need it. See below for details.
c. If you fail the first exam please fax or email your exam results to neredahaque@smartpathllc.com within 10 days of taking the Exam and set up an appointment with Mo Haque, PMP to discuss a special study plan just for you.
d. Before taking the 2nd exam, you must retake the Online Quizzes and complete all of them again. These will be made available to you when you purchase the Online Quiz extensions.
e. If you fail the 2nd exam, you must allow us to pay for the third exam with your cooperation over a conference call to PMI, and once paid for, you need to reschedule the third Exam within 30 days. c. Individual purchases, Group specials, voucher programs, coupon specials or any other specials on SmartPath LLC’s website for 2 or 3 day training.
2. Guaranteed Free Resitting:
a. You will receive unlimited access to free resitting as often as you need it for up to six months from the first original day of training onsite or live online using your computer based on seat availability or live online, classes going forward** and up to 30 days Free Online Quiz practice. Most of you won’t need online quiz practice after 30 days; however, extensions are affordable if you need them. If you are a "Do It Again Trainee" resitting is available Live Online unless there are seats available 2 days prior to training. Email neredahaque@smartpathllc.com with your resitting preference. One "Do It Again Trainee" may only purchase the class if it has already gone forward. Available dates are posted in the "Do It Again Menu." If there are 2 or more people in your group email Nereda Haque, PMP and we will schedule it for you.
b. Resitting requests: All free onsite resitting opportunities are subject to seat availability and dependent on available classes going forward. (See guaranteed-to-run training.) Priority is given first to anyone who may have failed; however, failure prevention is taken very seriously. Live Video Conferencing is also available from time to time. So far, there has never been a time when we have not had onsite sitting available in this class.
c. Up to 12 months of resitting: If you took your first exam within 30 days of your original training and you failed the PMI-ACP exam you may request to resit again before you take any further Exam/s provided you are within 12 months of your original training. Send all onsite or live online resitting requests to neredahaque@smartpathllc.com. An original training is the first training class you took following your purchase. Please plan your resitting in advance and don't leave it to the last minute.
d. Always bring your materials to class or you will be charged for a new package not to exceed $99 plus tax**, plus postage if any. SmartPath LLC's materials are dynamic and may change from time to time.
e. You are required to finish your original training before requesting to resit the training.
e. Resitting around times that the Exam is changing is the time when you may need to plan ahead for resitting opportunities, although live listening is always available if participation allocation is already full and you can email your questions to Nereda Haque, PMP and they will be addressed in the class. We have done this very successfully in the past.
3. Guaranteed-to-Run training at the time of purchase. Any class will go forward even if only one person has purchased the training
4. SmartPath LLC’s continued, dedicated coaching & support for your success is our Mission. We will:
a. Review your resume for qualification before paying for training if you request it
b. Go over your Application in class and explain how to do it on the second day. If you are pre-approved you won’t need this part
c. Review the Application so you can submit it before coming to class on the last day of training
5. There are no fees for rescheduling your training; however, you are required to complete your original training within six months.
