Benefits of Process-Driven Workflows for the PMP® Certification Exam

Benefits of Process-Driven Workflows for the PMP® Certification Exam

By Mo Haque, PMP - Director of Education for SmartPath LLC

Learn a method that was developed through years of experience and and by helping hundreds of project managers get their PMP® credential before I started teaching these classes full time.

1. Learn through process-driven workflows where you will see the processes in all of their process groups in each knowledge area. As you go through the PMP® class training you will be constantly directed to one of the 12 workflows that also shows inputs and outputs.

2. This visual method of seeing a project from start to finish will also show you activities that need to be done. You will understand what needs to be done now, which ones you can come back to later and the precedent and dependent activities.

I developed this method of learning, first for myself, because as a project manager, I needed to keep the project visibility in front of me, and the orderly carrying out of processes and activities before me, so no activity was missed and my projects would be delivered on time and within budget.

These workflows will also help you on the job:

You cannot miss a process or an activity with this method. You can track yourself, your processes and your activities. What I made for myself, I am sharing with you with SmartPath LLC's project management training course you can become efficient in your field, as well as understand all of project management thoroughly so you can pass your Exam.

Project Managers who experience our Workflows strive to keep them updated so they can stay efficient. Any time the Project Management Institute changes the PMBOK® Guide these Workflows will be changed and updated. They are available under catalog on our website. These are for our PMP trainees only so they can prepare for the exam or update their training.

Other training you will receive:

a. Areas to concentrate on as you study for the test will be pointed out, both on the Workflows and in the materials. Descriptions that need to be memorized will be identified.

b. The network diagrams and math that you need to know will be carefully explained. The formulas are also shown on Workflow 10.

c. You will also become acquainted with project management ethics, along with the roles of the project manager.

d. You will have your questions answered.

e. You will also learn from experiences of your instructor.

f. You will have experienced instructors, all with the PMP® credential.
