Time Management is renamed Schedule Management and HR Management is renamed Project Resource Management.

If you are a Certified PMP, Your Current PMP Certification is Considered Up to Date: This is so, because PMP Certified PMs update their certification continuously over every 3 years following the milestone of obtaining their credential, thus they are continuously updating it. It doesn't matter which exam you take; however, it is usually best to take a current exam since the information is already familiar to you.
PMs need to understand that industry is serious about the PMP Certification for all Professional Management. The important task for you is to take and pass the PMP exam.
The Project Management Institute documented that organizations feel that Project Managers don't have enough workable skills, including business acumen and decision making skills.
PMs need to be more attuned to what's going on within their organizations as a whole.
