All. At our DC location on the corner of L Street and 1050 Connecticut Ave NW in the Washington Square Building, we offer the following training. All PMI Exams - PMP, PMI-PBA, and PMI-ACP Exam training give you up to six months of resitting if you need it. We encourage resitting to prevent failure rather than do it because you failed. This is one of the reasons for our success. All kinds of training for Project managers:
(1) PMP Certification Training with Exam Prep. There's no need to do 2 classes, a class for 35 hours, then a PMP Prep class, neither is it necessary to study for hours before you come to class. Register for training, then start your preparation to take the PMP Exam from Day One of class. You can go from zero training to passing in about 10 days. If you need more study time, take about 3 to 4 weeks. Being successful is not about cramming quickly as some teach and taking the exam before you forget - people taking these kinds of courses will fail - as the exam is a psychometric exam which is highly analytical. You need to hone in on the subject matter and apply it to practice questions understanding why answers are correct or incorrect. This kind of cognitive learning will set you up for PMP Exam success. We have high passing rates varying between 95% and 98% or more depending on the time period. Most of the time, most of the people in the class will pass the first time.
Resitting is free when you need it or request it for up to six months and some classes are also available online or Live Online using your computer. See more information.
CAPM Trainees are welcome in all of the training sessions. Most of the resumes we see from would-be applications for the CAPM credential already have enough hours to get the PMP Credential. There is not much difference in the difficulty of the Exam, so why not just get the PMP Exam down, right from the beginning? (1) PMI-PBA Certification for Professionals in Business Process Analysis. PMI-BPA Certification with Prep. SmartPath LLC has 100% passing. 35 PDUs for PMP people.
(2) PMI-ACP Training - This class is offered on some weekends and some week days. Project Management today may become very adaptive, and this is where you will find this skillset most useful, especially in IT development. See more information. Learn all 7 methodologies with a heavy emphasis on scrum and XP and how you could use the tools from the other methodologies. SmartPath LLC has 99% passing. 21 PDUs for PMP people
(3) Microsoft Project 2013 - See more information. We will schedule this training for a classroom of 3 or more. All Microsoft Power Learning classes such as Visio, SharePoint (onsite only), or Project. PDUs vary from 7 days for one day training to 21 days for 3 days of training, etc., depending on the amount of training you do. All Microsoft Power Learning classes are for groups of 3 or more only.
(5) Six Sigma - Yellow Belt or Green Belt.
(6) PDU training: all of the above are also available for PDU Training. This training is designed to improve your skills at work as well as earn professional development hours to keep your credential. See more.
