About the PMI-ACP Online Quiz Subscription. It is free for up to 30 days starting on day one. We doubt you will need them past this time, unless some life event got in your way. If you do need them, you can extend your practice for up to another 30 days for $59, and 15 days for $39.
The Process for Exam Approval and Payment of the PMI-ACP Exam:
(1) If you are already approved, then we can pay for the PMI-ACP Exam anytime, once your purchase has been made.
(2) If you need the 21 hours of training for PMI-ACP Exam approval, then on the last day of your training, before class is over, you will submit your PMI-ACP application. PMIs PMI-ACP Exam approval takes 3 to 5 working days. Here's the process during training: Most people will do fill out the application in class and submit it at that time.
(3) Once you have PMI-ACP Exam approval, just call Nereda Haque, PMI-ACP, and while you are on the phone she will get PMI customer service on also. PMI Staff will ask you a few questions, after which we pay for the exam. This process takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Immediately upon paying for the Exam, PMI will send you an email, which says either you are selected for audit or you are eligible to schedule your Exam. 2% of all applications are randomly selected for audit upon the purchase of the Exam and sometimes upon submission of your application. It only takes about 7 to 10 days to get through their process if you follow directions and if you use colleagues or managers who are close for your references.
The PMI Audit is for quality control purposes and verifies college, project management education and your project experience hours. The audit can now happen at the time the PMI-ACP Exam is paid for.
Caveat: SmartPath LLC cannot make trainees take the PMI-ACP Exam. Our responsibility for the Exam ends after the payment is made. The trainee will receive a receipt for the PMI-ACP Exam. PMI will give the trainee 12 months to take the Exam from the date of Exam Approval. Trainees may take the Exam up to 3 times in one 12 month period.
